Developers GSC Game World have announced the delay of shooter S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl to fall 2024 in a new short trailer.

The new release date for S.T.A.A.L.L.K.E.R. 2 is set for September 5, 2024. The creators assure that this is the last time they postpone the release date and the game will definitely be released on the planned date. But such a promise has already been made in previous postponements. The previous final release date was scheduled for the first quarter of 2024. The shooter will most likely be unveiled at the summer game shows.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 will release on PC and Xbox Series X/S, will be available on Xbox Games Pass subscription from day one. Earlier screenshots of the redesigned UI have already appeared online.
