Support for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive will end as early as January 1, 2024

Valve will stop supporting Counter-Strike: Global Offensive on January 1, 2024. To be more precise, after January 1, the outdated version of the game will be available, but with worse features. According to the developers, Counter-Strike 2 will only support 64-bit versions of Windows and Linux.

Counter-Strike 2 will end support for DirectX 9, 32-bit OS and macOS. However, less than 1% of active players use these versions. Users with Prime status can request a refund when using 32-bit OS, DirectX 9 or macOS. As a reminder, Counter-Strike 2 was released in late September.
