Logitech has launched the Astro A50 X, a wireless headphone for gamers

Technology company Logitech has unveiled its latest — Astro A50 X wireless headphones, specifically designed for gamers with a variety of gaming platforms. In addition to superior sound quality and an innovative microphone, these headphones offer a unique feature —the ability to seamlessly switch between PC, Xbox and PlayStation.
One of the key features of the Logitech Astro A50 X is a special docking station that allows you to simultaneously connect a personal computer and two different gaming consoles. There’s a USB Type-C (DisplayPort) connector for the PC, and one HDMI 2.1 connector each for the Xbox and PlayStation — with support for 4K at 120Hz. While connected to the docking station, it connects via HDMI 2.1 to the TV without affecting the VRR and ALLM technologies. This allows you to easily switch between audio and video sources using the PlaySync button. When headphones are placed on the dock, sound will be output to the TV or monitor speakers.
The headphones themselves feature 40mm graphene audio drivers, the same as those found in the Logitech G Pro X 2, as well as a professional-grade 16-bit, 48kHz microphone. The headphones support Dolby Atmos and Logitech Lightspeed low-latency wireless technology. Plus, you can customize the sound with the Logitech G Hub utility. Bluetooth connectivity is available for connecting to a smartphone or Nintendo Switch.
