Yandex improved Neuro service: more accurate answers and voice input

Yandex has updated its Neuro service, which uses all available knowledge of the internet to provide a single answer to users’ questions. The service now understands queries even more accurately and responds in a more meaningful way.
Precision and meaningfulness
The YandexGPT 3 model underlying Neuro has been further trained to help users find the information they need faster. This has significantly reduced instances where the service offers general information about a topic instead of a straight answer. Neuro now uses data from more sources, making answers more informative. The number of answers with references to a limited number of materials has decreased by a factor of 2.5.

Voice entry
The new voice input feature has been added in response to user queries. Now you can ask a question not only by text or picture, but also by voice. Just click on the microphone icon in the Neuro search bar and say the question. Voice input is already available on ya.ru in Yandex Browser for personal computers, as well as in Yandex Browser and Yandex with Alice apps for Android. The feature will soon be available for iOS devices as well.
Accessibility for people with visual impairments
Yandex has adapted Neuro for screen accessibility programs that voice interface elements, text and what’s happening on screen to make the service more accessible to people with visual impairments.
