Midjourney has announced its first V1 AI model for video generation

Midjourney has unveiled its first specialized AI model for video generation, called V1.
Midjourney V1 offers two modes of operation: automatic, in which animations are generated with a single click, and manual, which gives the user the ability to detail desired character actions and events. The Low motion option fixes the camera, while High motion is for scenes with active movement of both the object and the camera.
Midjourney V1 offers an automatic mode, where the animation is generated by clicking on the camera.
Video generation is also available based on uploaded images. To do this, you need to drag an image into the query bar, designate it as the source frame, and add a text description to create an animation. The maximum length of a video is five minutes, but it can be extended up to four times, about four seconds for each time.
The basic subscription to V1’s “services” costs $10 (790 rubles) per month. Users of the $60 (4 725 rubles) per month Pro and $120 (9 450 rubles) Mega plans get unlimited generation. Midjourney also said it plans to revise its tariff policy within the next month.
