Portal Neowin was the first to take notice of the changes, noting that the new interface looks «modern and stylish» and is «even easier to use». The updated version gained support for light and dark interface modes, called «Day» and «Night». In addition, there are four new voices, named  Meadow (Meadow), Wave (Wave), Grove (Grove) and  Canyon (Canyon), so that users can choose the one they like best.

At first, it seemed that the news orientation would only apply to the Copilot mobile app. This would seem like a logical step – people always have their smartphones at their fingertips, and perhaps in the future the plan was to integrate Copilot with an alarm clock so that it would report news immediately upon waking up.
