World LECAR presented its development strategy at the XV ForAuto 2025 Forum

February 13, Moscow hosted the XV Forum “ForAuto 2025 – Russian Automobile Market. Trends and Forecasts”, organized by Avtostat agency. At the event, the Mir brand LECAR, an ecosystem for car owners, shared the results of 2024 and strategic plans for 2025.

LECAR Service: revenue growth and expansion of service station network

At the end of 2024 LECAR Service significantly increased its performance indicators:

  • Total increase in machine visits was 153%, with an average increase per dealer of 40%.
  • Service line revenue increased by 242% and average check increased by 31%.
  • The main brands serviced were Renault and LADA, as well as Chevrolet, Nissan and Opel.

There are currently 17 full-size service stations in the brand’s network, with another 33 in the process of opening, and with 52 potential partners in preparation. By the end of 2025, Mir LECAR plans to expand the network to 85 service stations.

  • To increase sales by 25% by adapting suppliers and expanding the range of products.
  • To increase the number of LECAR articles for foreign cars to 5,000 SKU (vs. 1,500 in 2024).
