AMD is preparing to release the Ryzen 8000G line of chips

Amdm plans to introduce a new line of APU chips branded Ryzen 8000G.
The new APUs utilize the Zen 4 core architecture and RDNA 3 architecture. The processors will be supported by AM5 socket motherboards with the latest BIOS. The Ryzen 8000G will be available in PRO and non-PRO variants with identical specifications.

The flagship model will be the Ryzen 7 8700G with 8 cores, 16 threads, a base frequency of 4.2GHz and a peak frequency of 5.1GHz. A Ryzen 5 8600G with 6 cores, 12 threads, base frequency of 4.35GHz and peak frequency of 5.0GHz will also be available. All base Ryzen 8000G models will have a TDP of 65W, with a GE variant with 35W to reduce power consumption.
