By ForGeeks Not so long ago Russia started to develop its own smartphones. And now there is a new device — R-FON. Vladimir Zykov, director of the Association of Professional Users of Social Networks and Messengers, has published the first photos of a smartphone with a domestic OS — ROSA Mobile.

The smartphone itself will presumably be manufactured in Zelenograd, and is intended for mass use. The OS itself is based on the Linux system. But despite this, it will support Android applications. The OS looks —something between iOS and Android.
It is noted that the R-FON will not enter the mass market until 2024, and for the corporate sector and government customers — in 2023. It is expected that the smartphone will cost up to 40 thousand rubles, but the exact price is not yet reported.
