Nissan accelerates transition to electric vehicles with major model lineup refresh

Japanese automaker Nissan has announced a full commitment to electrification, unveiling a development strategy and a series of new models including electric cars, hybrids and updated gasoline versions. Over the next two years, the company plans to bring several vehicles to market, targeting a wide range of drivers.

The updated Nissan Leaf is being turned into a crossover

One of the most anticipated releases will be the new generation Nissan Leaf. The former pioneer of the electric car segment is now transformed into a stylish family crossover. The new vehicle is built on the CMF-EV platform used in the Nissan Ariya, which will provide improved aerodynamics and increased powertrain efficiency.

The return of the Micra in an all-electric format
