LG has launched a 45-inch OLED monitor for gamers with a record-breaking 5K2K resolution

LG Display has unveiled a new 45-inch OLED panel aimed at the gaming market. It features a record-breaking 5K2K (5120×2160) resolution, making it the most detailed of any gaming OLED display. Record brightness and adaptive refresh rate
The maximum brightness reaches 1300 nits, the highest among OLED monitors. A special polarizing layer reduces glare, maintaining deep blacks even in brightly lit rooms.

Another key feature of the panel is Dynamic Frequency & Resolution (DFR) technology, which allows you to switch between two modes:
- 330Hz at FHD (1920×1080) for fast-paced games requiring high frame rates.
- 165Hz at 5K2K (5120×2160) for sharper images in games and professional applications.

Wide screen and vision protection
The 21:9 aspect ratio makes the display comfortable not only for gaming, but also for multitasking and streaming content in a cinematic format. According to LG, the panel emits 50% less blue light than traditional LCD screens and also completely eliminates flicker, reducing eye strain during prolonged use.
