Samsung Galaxy S23 FE appeared on Geekbench with Exynos 2200

Fans of Samsung Fan Edition phones will have to continue to live with the Exynos chipset. Rumors about this have been around for quite some time, and today they were almost confirmed in a benchmark.

The prototype of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 FE passed the Geekbench test with model number SM-S711B, equipped with an Exynos 2200 processor and 8GB of RAM. Not surprisingly, it had Android 13 software installed on it.

Exynos 2200 was used in the Galaxy S22 lineup last year in Europe. This year’s S23 models only use Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, but the S23 FE, according to multiple sources, will use Exynos 2200 worldwide.

The phone is expected to go on sale in the third quarter of this year, which is from now until the end of September. It may have an improved camera system compared to the S21 FE.
