Vivo X200 series camera specs revealed ahead of launch

There are only three days left until the official debut of the Vivo X200 series. vivo has already confirmed the venue and revealed a few new details about the highly anticipated smartphones. The lineup, which includes the X200, X200 Pro and X200 Pro Mini, will be unveiled on October 14 at the iconic National Aquatics Center in Beijing, also known as the Water Cube.

The X200 Pro will feature an advanced 200-megapixel periscopic camera with a 135mm focal length and a special super telephoto mode that delivers stunning clarity even at 20x zoom. All three devices will also get enhanced macro capabilities and a new Super Landscape mode. The X200 Pro debuts a 50-megapixel LYT-818 sensor co-developed with Sony. In a unique move — the X200 series will support Apple’s format-compatible Live Photos feature.

When it comes to video, the Vivo X200 series offers cinematic 4K/120fps slow motion with 10-bit LOG support covering the full range of focal lengths. Users can also enjoy cinematic 4K HDR portrait video for professional-grade video shooting.

Under the hood, all cameras in the series will run the new OriginOS 5 operating system and be powered by the latest Dimensity 9400 chipset.
