The best exclusives for PlayStation 5

PlayStation 5 has gained a decent list of console exclusives. The best games for PlayStation 5 are able to take full advantage of the PlayStation 5 hardware by not having to worry about developing for other platforms. If you want to play the most impressive games on the console, whether it’s the best multiplayer games for PlayStation 5 or single-player titles, you’ll want to check out these exclusives.
The Last of Us Part I
As a remake of the hit PS3 (and PS4) game, The Last of Us Part 1 — is the latest version of the story. Not only does it feature improved visuals and gameplay, but it also features numerous options to allow more players to enjoy the game. The Last of Us Part 1 also utilizes several PS5 features, such as DualSense haptic feedback. Even if you’ve already played the original, this enhanced edition has everything you need to play it again.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2
The best Spider-Man game of all time was the original Marvel’s Spider-Man on PS4. A strong argument could also be made for the shorter Miles Morales sequel, but now that there’s Spider-Man 2, which has the best of both games, there’s no argument to be made. The city is bigger, the controls are much better: the same awesome web flying plus wingsuit, fast-paced combat, and an even more exciting story. The game doesn’t drag on and even fixes the minor flaws people had about some of the side activities in the first game. Whether you’re a Spidey fan or not, this game is not to be missed.

Astro Bot
This game surpasses the best Mario games with creative levels, easy platforming, intuitive controls, charming personality, and hundreds of bots referencing characters from the entire PlayStation library and beyond. The game doesn’t drag on and utilizes new mechanics all the time. The DualSense integration is top notch here as well. It’s simply impossible to play this game without a smile on your face, and hopefully there will be more games like this.
So far, it’s a great game to play.

Demon’s Souls
Demon’s Souls is one of the PlayStation 5’s most striking experiences, showcasing the stunning visuals made possible by Sony’s new system. The game comes courtesy of Bluepoint Games, the team that developed the Shadow of the Colossus remake, and by all accounts, Demon’s Souls — the company’s most ambitious project yet. While the level design, enemy placement, mechanics, and even the manner of movement remained intact, the remake got 4K visuals built from the ground up, making it one of the most impressive games ever released on console.

The remake also features improved quality of life to make passing easier, slightly updated animations, and more customization options in the character creation mode. The main aim of Demon’s Souls on PS5 — to remain faithful to the original but still create a next-gen feel, and it’s quite succeeded. Like all Souls games, though, Demon’s Souls is difficult and will not be to everyone’s taste. Even so, now is a good time to get into the game, as it has an online community to help tackle the bosses.

God of War Ragnarok
God of War Ragnarok — is everything we could expect from a sequel. Of course, following in the footsteps of 2018’s God of War — is no easy task, but Santa Monica Studio has knocked it out of the park with the release of Ragnarök. The sequel continues the compelling story, offers a wide range of characters, fantastic combat and many improvements over its predecessor. In many ways, Ragnarök is much bigger in scope, expanding on what made the 2018 game so great. If you enjoyed the 2018 game and want more, or if you’re a fan of action games with compelling stories, you absolutely need to play God of War Ragnarok.
If you like the 2018 game and want more, or if you’re a fan of action games with compelling stories, you should definitely play God of War Ragnarok.
