OnePlus Ace 6: leaked specs and launch date

According to rumors, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 (Elite 2)-based OnePlus 14 could come out as early as October, while the Ace 6 and Ace 6 Pro could be released in December. Meanwhile, reliable insider Digital Chat Station has shared the key specs of one of the upcoming Ace 6 series smartphones.
According to the source, one of the upcoming OnePlus smartphones will get a flat display. Given the emphasis on performance, we’re likely talking about the Ace 6 or Ace 6 Pro. The device is currently being tested with a new silicon battery with a capacity of around 7,800 mAh. The processor will be a chip from the Snapdragon 8 series.
The Ace 6 and Ace 6 Pro will be the successors to the Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro models, which came out in December 2024 with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and 8 Elite chips. Accordingly, it’s logical to expect the new devices to get the Snapdragon 8 Elite and 8 Elite 2.
For now, OnePlus is focused on launching the remaining models in the Ace 5 series. The Ace 5 Racing Edition with the new MediaTek Dimensity 9400e chip is expected to launch in China in May, as well as the Ace 5 Supreme Edition (aka Ace 5 Ultra) with the Dimensity 9400 Plus. The Ace 5 Ultra is likely to remain exclusive to the Chinese market, while the redesigned Racing Edition could be released outside of China as the OnePlus Nord 5.

Reminder, OnePlus has already launched a redesigned version of the Ace 5 in India under the name OnePlus 13R. Thus, the OnePlus 14R could very well be an adapted version of the Ace 6 for the Indian market.
