The iQOO company continues to develop its flagship lines and is preparing to release the iQOO 15 series, as well as updated Neo 11 models. According to insiders, the devices will get powerful processors, improved displays, and larger batteries.

iQOO 15: 2K display and Snapdragon 8 Elite 2

The new iQOO 15 series will offer two devices: the standard iQOO 15 and the iQOO 15 Pro. The smartphones will get a 2K display with an ultrasonic under-screen fingerprint scanner and anti-reflective (AR) coating.

According to the leak, the iQOO 15 Pro will feature a 6.85-inch LTPO OLED screen, likely sourced from Samsung and utilizing Low-Temperature Polycrystalline Oxide (LIPO) technology. Inside the device will house a 7,000 mAh battery, one of the largest among iQOO flagships. A periscopic telephoto lens is also expected.

The iQOO 15 and 15 Pro will have a Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 processor under the hood, which Qualcomm will unveil in October 2025. The smartphones could also be announced in the same month.

iQOO Neo 11: improved screen and powerful battery

The iQOO Neo 11 series will also receive significant updates. For the first time, the lineup will feature a 2K display with ultrasonic scanner, which is a step up from the previous generation’s 1.5K screen.

The Neo 11 and Neo 11 Pro will feature a 7,000 mAh battery, and 100W fast charging will allow for quick top-ups. The standard model is expected to feature a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, while the Neo 11 Pro will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chip.

Release date and outlook

The iQOO 15 series is expected to debut in October 2025, while the iQOO Neo 11 will arrive in November, continuing the tradition of last year’s release of the Neo 10 and Neo 10 Pro. Given the significant improvements, the new iQOO smartphones could be some of the most exciting flagships of late 2025.
