Amazfit has unveiled a smaller version of the T-Rex 3 Pro in a 44mm case

Amazfit has launched a new version of its T-Rex 3 Pro smartwatch in China with a 44mm diameter case — a smaller and lighter alternative to the existing 48mm model. So far, the device is only available in the Chinese market, but an international release is expected soon. It is available in Arctic Gold and Black Gold colors.
The watch measures 44.8 × 44.8 × 13.2 mm and weighs — 46.8 grams without the strap. Despite the reduced size, the T-Rex 3 Pro retains the signature «off-road» style of the series, with a reinforced plastic case, bezel and pushers made of grade 5 titanium, and four physical control keys. The watch is water-resistant to 10 ATM and features a microphone, speaker and in-line vibration motor.
The display is AMOLED technology, with a diagonal of 1.32 inches, a resolution of — 466 × 466 pixels, a density of — 353 ppi, and a peak brightness of 3,000 nits. The screen is protected by sapphire glass. Although it is smaller than the 48mm version (1.5 inches), the image quality remains at the same level.
The watch supports Wi-Fi (2.4GHz) and Bluetooth 5.2 BLE, and lets you make Bluetooth calls, use the Zepp Flow voice assistant (in some regions), listen to offline music, and get notifications from apps. The device synchronizes with the Zepp app and is compatible with Android 7.0 and above, as well as iOS 15.0 and above.
The T-Rex 3 Pro offers 187 sport modes, automatic recognition of 25 strength exercises and 8 activity types, as well as tools for runners — Track Run mode, Virtual Pacemaker function and trajectory correction. The watch integrates with Strava, Runkeeper, Adidas Running, TrainingPeaks, Apple Health and Google Fit.
The health monitoring suite of features includes heart rate, blood oxygen level (SpO₂), stress, skin temperature, and sleep phases (including REM and short daytime naps). The BioTracker 6.0 PPG sensor and sensors for acceleration, gyroscope, geomagnetic, barometric, light and temperature are responsible for accurate readings. Six satellite systems with a circularly polarized GPS antenna are supported.
A 500 mAh battery provides up to 17 days of battery life for normal use, up to 8 days for heavy use, and up to 86 hours in maximum GPS mode.
