An insider revealed that Huawei and Lenovo will release new processors for PCs and laptops

A Digital Chat Station insider has confirmed information about the upcoming Huawei Kirin X90 processor, shared new details about its specs and announced the expected announcement date. In addition, he mentioned a similar development by Lenovo, which has not yet been announced by the company.

According to an insider, the Kirin X90, codenamed Charlotte Pro, is an improved version of the Kirin 9010 (Charlotte) with a more modern microarchitecture. The new chip is expected to have a “4+4+2” core configuration, as well as support for multi-threading technology and SM3/SM4 cryptographic algorithms. The processor will be able to handle up to 32GB of RAM, up to 2TB of SSD storage and support up to three USB 4 ports.
