A “Business” folder has appeared in VKontakte chats

The new functionality simplifies messenger navigation by differentiating between interactions with companies and other chats. You can use business notifications to find out the status of a product delivery or flight, get information about bank transactions or cacheback, apply for an insurance policy renewal, or confirm a beauty salon appointment. More than 30 million people regularly use VKontakte’s business notifications feature.

The update is available in the VKontakte and VK Messenger apps on all platforms, as well as in the new messenger interface in VKontakte’s web version.

Users of the VKontakte app were previously given the ability to sort chats into folders. The feature allows you to create up to 15 folders that can be organized in a convenient order.
