Xiaomi has prepped the Mix Flip 2 and announced new foldable models

According to the leak, the device will get a new aspect ratio and a number of important improvements. However, the specific details of the changes have not been revealed yet. It is also reported that the device is being tested with a Snapdragon processor.
New sources indicate that Xiaomi is working on its first tri-fold smartphone similar to the Huawei Mate XT. It’s expected to arrive in the first quarter of 2026, codenamed “Zhuque” and model number 26013VP46C. It’s not yet clear if this tri-fold phone will be a direct successor to the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4, or if the company plans to release two different foldable devices – one with a horizontal fold and one with a tri-fold.
