Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 will get an overclocked Snapdragon 8 Gen 2
By ForGeeks Xiaomi will officially unveil the Mix Fold 3 smartphone on Monday, August 14, at a special event in China. Ahead of the event, a prototype of the device has been spotted on online database Geekbench, where it’s shown with an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. The Prime core is overclocked to 3.36GHz, which is exactly the same level that was taken in «Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy».

As you can see, the Mix Fold 3 prototype scored 2,071 in single-core mode and 5,419 in multi-core mode. The device runs Android 13 and has 16GB of RAM. Versions with a different amount of memory may be offered.

According to previous leaks and rumors, the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 will get an 8.02-inch internal screen with 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, a 6.5-inch FHD+ external screen also with 120Hz refresh rate, a selfie camera below the display on the internal screen, and a 4,800mAh battery with support for 67W wired and 50W wireless charging.
On the back is a four-camera system: a 50 MP main camera, a telephoto camera, an ultrazoom, and a periscopic zoom. The Mix Fold 3 will be the thinnest horizontal clamshell to date.
