Xiaomi 15 Ultra will get a 200MP telephoto lens

Xiaomi unveiled the 14 Ultra in February, and we can expect the 15 Ultra to arrive at the same time next year. No official news about the Xiaomi 15 Ultra yet, but an Ice Universe informant says that the smartphone will feature a 200MP telephoto lens.

The insider also said that this 200MP camera will have 4x zoom, and it’s likely to be a periscopic telephoto lens.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra comes with a 50-megapixel telephoto camera and a 50-megapixel periscopic telephoto camera with 3.2x and 5x optical zoom respectively. It is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, so we can expect the 15 Ultra to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 4.
