Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro have surfaced on Geekbench

Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro will be unveiled later this week, and the phones have already appeared on Geekbench. Both the base and Pro variants will have 16GB of RAM in at least one of their variants, and will come with Android 14 out of the box, which will be the basis for the new HyperOS.

The 14 and 14 Pro variants will come with Android 14 out of the box.

Xiaomi 14 has passed the Geekbench 5 benchmark, while the 14 Pro — Geekbench 6. These benchmarks are very different from each other, so you can’t compare the results between them. However, you can compare them to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2-based phones to see the performance gains.

Compared to its predecessor, the base version of the smartphone is 20 percent more productive in multi-core mode, and in single-core mode — about 5 percent. Similarly, the 14 Pro is about 20 percent faster than the 13 Pro, according to tests.

The 14 Pro is also about 20 percent faster than the 13 Pro.

The listings also reiterate the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor — 1×3.30GHz Cortex-X4 + 3×3.15GHz Cortex-A720 + 2×2.96GHz Cortex-A720 + 2×2.7GHz Cortex-A520. It is known that the Cortex-A720 blocks may be combined into one large five-core cluster, but all final details will become clear tomorrow during Snapdragon Summit.
