Vivo X300 and X300 Pro will be released in October 2025

According to insiders, Vivo is planning to unveil the X300 series in October 2025. The release was previously reported in late September, but Smart Pikachu’s source clarified: the presentation will take place after China’s holiday week, which includes National Day from October 1 to 8 and the Mid-Autumn Festival on October 6.
An insider said the X300 and X300 Pro series will be released in October 2025.
The new lineup will get the Dimensity 9500 chipset. Unlike last year’s X200 series, which included three models, this time the company will limit itself to two versions – the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro. The base X300 will retain its compact form factor, with a 6.3-inch display like the X200 Pro Mini.

The smartphones’ cameras will feature an updated Zeiss coating, which should improve the quality of the optics. Along with the X300 series, Vivo will introduce new headphones, and the company intends to expand its lineup of IoT and wearable devices with several flagship solutions in 2026. Separately, it’s reported that the Vivo X300 Ultra could debut in the second quarter of 2026.
Before that, Vivo is preparing to premiere the Y500 in China: the smartphone will launch on September 1 with a Dimensity 7300 processor, 120Hz AMOLED screen, 8,200mAh battery with 90W charging support, and a 50MP dual camera.
