The vivo X100 series will get LPDDR5T DRAM

The debut of the next model in the vivo X series is expected soon. A new report on Weibo from a reliable source, confirmed by an insider, suggests that all X100 series devices will feature the fastest DRAM available on the market. L

PDDR5T, which stands for Low Power Double Data Rate 5 Turbo, delivers speeds of up to 9.6 Gbps, which is 12.5% faster than the LPDDR5X DRAM used in most current flagships.

The X100 lineup, consisting of the X100, X100 Pro and X100 Pro+ models, will utilize both high-end flagship chipsets — the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 9300 and the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, with the Dimensity version supporting the new LPDDR5T DRAM standard.

All vivo X100 phones are expected to come with support for UFS 4.0 storage.
