vivo unveiled the international version of the V29e

In August, vivo introduced the V29e with a Snapdragon 695 processor and a 64MP camera. Now the company has released a new version for international markets with some changes in design and specs.
The V29e is a new version with a Snapdragon 695 processor and 64MP camera.
First of all, the international vivo V29e features a smaller AMOLED screen (6.67″ vs. 6.78″) with lower peak brightness (1,150 nits vs. 1,300 nits). It also doesn’t support 1 billion colors or HDR10+, but it does have a 120Hz refresh rate and an underlying fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication. Another significant difference — is the battery. The Indian vivo V29e has a 5,000 mAh battery, while the global model — 4,800 mAh. However, the wired charging speed of both models is the same — 44W.

There are some differences in the cameras as well. Both versions have three cameras — a 64MP main camera (with OIS), an 8MP ultra-wide and a 50MP selfie. But the aperture of the main and selfie cameras are different. Like the flash — the International V29e uses a circular Smart Aura Light flash.

The international vivo V29e also lacks a microSD card slot, but is IP54 rated. In addition, the Kryo 660 Silver core in the Snapdragon 695 chip runs at slightly higher frequencies (1.8GHz vs. 1.7GHz). The International V29e is also 0.1mm thicker, and weighs — 9g more than its Indian counterpart.

The global vivo V29e is available in three color options depending on region — black, blue and gold.
