Vivo is preparing the global launch of X300 and X300 Pro smartphones
Vivo has announced the upcoming global launch of the X300 and X300 Pro smartphones on October 30. The devices were unveiled in China earlier this month. Both models are powered by MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9500 processor — this is the first time Vivo has used this chipset in its smartphones.

Although the company has not yet revealed all the details of the international release, renowned insider Paras Guglani has shared information about the color variants and memory configurations. According to him, the standard version of the Vivo X300 will be available in Halo Pink, Iris Purple, Mist Blue and Phantom Black colors. Global models will get up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. The 1TB storage version, available in China, will not be coming to the global market.

The Vivo X300 Pro model will also come in four colors — Mist Blue, Phantom Black, Cloud White and Dune Brown. It will have the same memory options as the base version, with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of onboard storage.

In addition, the colors of the devices will vary by region. For example, in Australia, the X300 Pro will only be available in Phantom Black and Dune Brown, while the X300 will get an exclusive red version.




The Chinese version of the Vivo X300 features a 6.31-inch BOE Q10 Plus LTPO AMOLED display with ultra-thin bezels only 1.05mm thick and TÜV Rheinland certification for vision protection. The main camera is a 200-megapixel Zeiss Super Main Camera module (Samsung ISOCELL HPB), complemented by a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 50-megapixel Zeiss APO telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
The front camera has 50 MP resolution and autofocus, and is optimized for Zeiss Natural Color. Thanks to the V3+ neural processor, the smartphone supports 4K 60 FPS portrait video recording, motion tracking mode and «Zero-Additive» shooting without software distortion. At 7.95mm thick and 190g in weight, the device features a 6,040mAh battery, LPDDR5X memory and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
