OPPO Reno 12 series smartphones for the international market have been announced
By ForGeeks OPPO has launched a new version of the OPPO Reno 12 series smartphones for the international market. There are some notable differences from the original Chinese model, the company has revealed its detailed specifications and announced the selling price.
Both the OPPO Reno 12 and its Pro version feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, 1200 nits peak brightness and HDR10+ support. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus tempered glass in the Pro version and Gorilla Glass 7i in the base model.

The international version of the smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy processor combined with 12GB of LPDDR4X physical RAM (up to 12GB of virtual RAM can be added) and 256GB or 512GB of storage.
The rear cameras on the OPPO Reno 12 Pro include a 50-megapixel Sony LYT600 main sensor with optical image stabilization, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and an additional 50-megapixel Samsung JN5 sensor with 2x zoom capability. The autofocus-enabled front camera has a 50MP resolution.

The basic OPPO Reno 12 gets similar main and ultra-wide-angle modules to the Pro version, but doesn’t feature a telephoto lens. The front camera is also a bit simpler, at 32 megapixels.
Both models support a host of artificial intelligence features. Among them are AI Clear Face, which improves facial contours in photos, AI Best Face Beautifier, AI Erase, which removes unwanted objects in the frame, and AI Toolbox, powered by Google Gemini, for text generation and speech processing.
All of these features are supported.
The two new products feature a 5,000mAh battery that supports 80W SuperVOOC charging (power adapter not included). OPPO Reno 12 in 12/256 GB configuration costs 499 euros (44 460 rubles) and will be available for purchase on June 25. The OPPO Reno 12 Pro (12/512GB) is already available for €599 (53 365 rubles).
