The benchmark database has released benchmark results of an unrepresented realme RMX3851 smartphone. The gadget attracts attention for its unique characteristics, as it uses a Qualcomm chip similar to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, but with a different clock speed and performance.

The realme RMX3851 has been tested on the benchmark database.

In the 16GB RAM configuration, the smartphone scored 1,512 and 3,799 points in the single-threaded and multi-threaded disciplines, respectively. Despite being codenamed the same as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, the processor’s performance is almost half of what you’d expect, plus it has a great layout of cores.

Snapdragon 8 Gen 3’s performance is not as good as expected.

According to Gizchina, it’s believed to be a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 or Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Lite model with integrated Adreno 735 graphics. There is no confirmation of this from reliable sources yet. It’s likely that the new smartphone with the mysterious chip will be unveiled soon: it has already passed ECE certification, indicating that sales will start soon.

Snapdragon 8s Gen 8s Gen 3 Lite is a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 Lite smartphone with built-in Adreno 735 graphics.
