Google’s Pixel 9 series of smartphones revealed in real-life images

Photos of three smartphones from Google’s yet-to-be unveiled Pixel 9 series have surfaced online. In addition to the base model and the Pro, the Pro XL version has also been shown. The design of the device looks familiar, but it will be larger than the other models in the lineup.

The photos were published on the Rozetked portal. According to the source, the base model will have a dual camera whose module will not merge with the bezel, unlike the Pixel 8. The photos also show that the body has flatter edges than the current version and a flat back panel.
The other two devices in the new Pixel series look similar. The differences will be technical: the Pixel 9 Pro is expected to have a “periscope” with five times zoom and lidar as part of the camera. The Pixel 9 Pro models are expected to have the same specs, but in a larger body. The smartphones will have unofficially reported screen diagonals of 6.24/6.34/6.73 inches.

The source also reports that the Pixel 9 could have 12GB of RAM, with the older versions — 16GB each, with all three models having a minimum storage capacity of 128GB. The base Pixel 9 is also reported to have wider bezels around the display.
All three new devices are expected to be based on Google’s Tensor G4 processor, with only the Pro versions rumored to get the UWB chip.
