Samsung launched eco-friendly accessories for Galaxy Z Fold 5, Flip 5

Samsung today announced a new set of eco-friendly accessories for Galaxy devices. The Samsung Eco-Friends collection includes 55 cases and straps for the Galaxy Z Fold5, Galaxy Z Flip5, Galaxy Tab S9 series, Galaxy Watch6 duo, and Galaxy Buds2 Pro wearable audio devices.

The accessories were designed in collaboration with Toiletpaper, Keith Haring, The Smiley Company, Pokemon, Minions, BTS and other K-Pop artists. Each product is made from recycled plastic containing over 40% PCM (Post Consumer Material) and vegan leather, which is made from PVC (not plants).

As part of the SMAPP — Samsung Mobile Accessories Partnership Program — the corporation is putting 20-something employees at the center of promoting the new series. The company is partnering with online retailer SLBS (Slash B Slash) to begin selling these accessories in South Korea starting today. They will also be available at physical stores in the country’s capital Seoul, and will later arrive in 40 more markets around the world.
