Samsung expands the list of devices that support One UI 7

Samsung Singapore, in a press release, has revealed the list of Galaxy devices that will officially receive the One UI 7 update. Here’s the list of these devices:

- Galaxy S23, S23+, S23 Ultra

Galaxy Z Series:
- Galaxy Z Fold 6, Z Flip 6
- Galaxy Z Fold 5, Z Flip 5
- Galaxy Z Fold 4, Z Flip 4
- Galaxy Z Fold 3, Z Flip 3
Galaxy Tab Series:
- Galaxy Tab S10+, Tab S10 Ultra
- Galaxy Tab S9, Tab S9+, Tab S9 Ultra

You may notice that many Galaxy devices are missing from the list, especially the budget Galaxy A, M, and F series models. However, this isn’t the final list – the One UI 7 update will cover many more devices. The models listed above will get the update in the first wave of the rollout.

The list mentions the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, but Samsung didn’t specify which model would get the update. The 2020 model has already completed its OS update cycle, while the 2022 model has received two updates and may receive another. This means that One UI 7 is guaranteed for the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2024), while the fate of the 2022 model remains uncertain for now.

Samsung One UI 7 release schedule:
Samsung recently announced the One UI 7 update, but dates may vary by region.
The One UI 7 will begin rolling out on April 7 in several regions including India, Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, UAE and others. Canada will begin receiving the update on April 10, while Mexico and Singapore will start receiving the update on April 14.
Samsung confirmed that the rollout will begin with the Galaxy S24, Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 series. In the following weeks, the update will roll out to more Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy S24 FE, Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy Z Fold 5/Flip 5, and the Galaxy Tab S10 and S9 series.
