Oppo is preparing to release three Find X8 phones, according to insider Digital Chatstation – the Find X8, Find X8 Pro and Find X8 Ultra. The source also shared some details about the new smartphones, including display specs and the chipsets that will power the series.

The Oppo Find X8 series will again use two chipsets – the Dimensity 9400 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 4. We can assume that the base version will get the MediaTek chip, while the Ultra will get the Qualcomm platform. Which processor the Pro version will get — remains in question.

Speaking of screens, the Find X8 and Find X8 Pro will have 1260p panels – flat in the base model and curved on the sides in the Pro. The Find X8 Ultra will have a QHD screen. All displays will be BOE’s 8T LTPO OLED with «vastly improved» brightness.

Oppo traditionally releases its Find X flagships in the first quarter of the year, which means we should expect Find X8 phones between January and March 2025.
