OnePlus 15 will be unveiled on October 27 with a new shade of Misty Purple

We are slowly learning more and more official information about the OnePlus 15. We now know when the smartphone will be unveiled, and along with that, the company has shared a new color style of the device.

According to OnePlus’ official Weibo account (as reported by 9to5Google), the OnePlus 15 will be unveiled on October 27 at 7 p.m. China time. It’s important to note that this is an official presentation specifically for China. While the phone’s key specs will be revealed as part of the event, a full global launch including pricing won’t take place until later.

The latest video and news from TechRadar confirms that the device will be coming to other countries as well, but the exact international release date is still unknown. The OnePlus 13’s predecessor was unveiled in China in October 2024, and its global launch took place in January 2025.

• Appearance: The official images show the back of the OnePlus 15, featuring three colors: the expected Sand Dune and Absolute Black, as well as a new shade, Misty Purple. This color was showcased in a recent post on Weibo by OnePlus.
• Technical specifications: The smartphone will apparently feature a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and a 165Hz refresh rate screen. The display size is expected to be around 6.78 inches diagonally, which is slightly smaller than its predecessor model.
