Motorola beat the competition and was the first to roll out Android 16

Motorola is actively pushing Android 16 to its devices. The beta program started back in June, and now the company has begun rolling out a stable version of the system that includes more personalization options, new features and improved performance. Notably, Motorola has released the stable build ahead of brands like OnePlus, Vivo, Nothing and Xiaomi.

The first smartphone to get Android 16 was the Motorola Edge 60 Pro, introduced earlier this year. The update soon came to other models in the Edge lineup, as well as the G series. So far, the following devices have received stable Android 16:
