At its core, the iQOO 15 Ultra runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, built on a 3nm process and paired with the Adreno 840 GPU, UFS 4.1 storage, LPDDR5X Ultra Pro RAM, and a custom esports-grade Q3 chip. This setup enables real-time image scaling to 2K, whole-scene ray tracing, and frame interpolation up to 120fps, delivering console-quality graphics. To keep performance steady, the iQOO 15 Ultra incorporates the Ice Dome cooling system, featuring a 17×17mm fan with 59 blades, an 8000mm² vapor chamber, graphite layers, and aerogel insulation. This cooling solution is TÜV Rheinland certified. Gamers will also appreciate pressure-sensitive shoulder triggers, a linear 091640 vibration motor with magnetic shaft supporting 4D vibration effects, and a 500Hz gyroscope.
