The iQOO 15 has appeared in the Geekbench database and is set to debut on October 20

The brand iQOO, a subsidiary of Vivo, is preparing to release several new models, including iQOO 15, iQOO Neo 11v= and iQOO Neo 11 Pro. The main new product, the iQOO 15, is due for release in China October 20, 2025, with an international version expected a few weeks later.
iQOO 15 in Geekbench and certifications
The smartphone with model number V2505A (Chinese version) has passed the 3C certification with support for 100W charging, and then appeared in the Geekbench database.

- Results: 2360 points in single-core test and 7285 points in multi-core test.
For comparison: Xiaomi 17 Pro Max with the same chipset scored over 11,000 points in multicore. The difference may be due to the fact that an early prototype of iQOO 15 or a version with non-finalized software was tested.
The worldwide version of the device, numberedI2501 has received Nemko certification. Interestingly, it will support wireless charging for the first time for the iQOO series.

Launch date
According to insider Digital Chat Station, the iQOO 15 series will debut in China October 20, 2025, shortly after the release of rivals Xiaomi 17 and Honor Magic 8 on the same Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. A global premiere is expected later, but there are no exact dates yet.
