Honor has officially confirmed the imminent launch of its second generation compact foldable smartphone, the Honor Magic V Flip 2. Like last year, the design of the device was created in collaboration with fashion designer Professor Jimmy Choo. The smartphone will feature a 5,500mAh battery with 80W wired charging, which will be one of the record-breaking figures for 2025 foldable models. The device is expected to be lighter and thinner than its predecessor, at around 190g and less than 7mm thick when unfolded.

The first version of the Magic V Flip in China was priced from 4,999 yuan (roughly $700). The new product is expected to retain a similar price range.
