Honor has launched the X5b and X5b Plus smartphones

Honor, without any special presentation, has released two new budget price segment smartphones — the X5b and X5b Plus. As their names suggest, the two models have a lot in common, but the Plus version offers a few minor upgrades.
Honor’s new X5b and X5b Plus smartphones have been released without any special presentation.
The two models are powered by an LTE-only Helio G36 chipset and run Android 14 with MagicOS 8.0. The display is characterized by a 6.56-inch diagonal, 720p resolution, and 90Hz refresh rate.
The selfie camera in both cases shoots at 5MP resolution. The main cameras, on the other hand, are different. The X5b Plus has a 50-megapixel sensor, while the base model — 13-megapixel.
Despite the differences, both models share the same size and battery (5,200 mAh). The X5b with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage costs about $80, while the X5b Plus with 128GB of storage sells for $106.
