The device, a collaboration between HMD and Mattel, is certified with model number TA-1681 and will feature an external 1.77-inch TFT LCD screen (128×160 pixels) and a 2.8-inch (240×320 pixels) main screen. There is a single camera sensor on the back, but its resolution is not yet known. The operating system isn’t mentioned, but previous rumors suggest it will be either S30+ or KaiOS.
The phone will be powered by an unnamed 1GHz chipset and will get 64MB of RAM and and and 128MB of internal memory, which is expandable via a microSD card slot. The HMD Barbie Phone has 4G/LTE and Bluetooth connectivity and a 1450 mAh battery. Its dimensions are listed as 108×55×18.9 mm and weight is 123 grams.
