Google is preparing a 67-watt charging adapter for the Pixel 10

The upcoming Pixel 10 lineup has been the subject of numerous leaks in recent weeks, revealing almost everything about the new devices. However, one product has remained in the shadows until now – a new 67W dual-port USB-C adapter.
Retailers like PC-Canada and TrueDataIT accidentally published pages of Pixel 10s ahead of this week’s Made by Google event (August 20). In addition to the new smartphones and Qi2 wireless chargers, the description includes a “67W Dual Port Power Adapter” in the color Snow.
The description also includes a “67W Dual Port Power Adapter” in the color Snow.
Since the new Pixels are expected to support faster wired and wireless charging, it makes sense that Google would introduce a more powerful power adapter. The 67-watt power and dual USB-C ports will allow you to simultaneously charge a Pixel smartphone and, for example, a Pixel Watch or other device at nearly full speed.
At the same time, you’ll be able to charge a Pixel smartphone and, for example, a Pixel Watch or other device at nearly full speed.

Google is now selling a 45-watt USB-C adapter for Pixel devices, but it can only charge one device at a time. According to prematurely released information, the new 67-watt adapter will cost $79 Canadian dollars – double the price of the current 45-watt adapter.
The new adapter will also pair well with other Pixel 10 accessories, including Pixelsnap’s magnetic cases. You don’t have to use a Google-branded charger to get full charging speeds, though: any compatible USB-C adapter with 67W or higher will do.
The new adapter will also work well with other Pixel 10 accessories, including Pixelsnap magnetic cases.
One listing also lists the price of the Pixelsnap Charger with Stand at $99 Canadian, which is a bit cheaper than the $109 Pixel Stand 2. The new Pixelsnap cases, on the other hand, will apparently cost $10 more. The price hike will likely affect the U.S., as well as other markets where Google will sell accessories for the Pixel 10.
The new Pixelsnap cases will also be available in the U.S. and other markets where Google will sell Pixel 10 accessories.
Since the accessories now utilize magnets for Qi2 magnetic wireless charging, the price increase seems justified.
Google will officially unveil the Pixel 10 in two days on August 20, so we won’t have long to wait for details about the smartphones and new accessories.
