Asus introduces ROG Phone 9 FE – a more affordable version of the gamer flagship

After numerous leaks, Taiwanese company Asus has officially announced the ROG Phone 9 FE gaming smartphone. The first country where the model went on sale was Thailand. It’s a more affordable alternative to the flagship ROG Phone 9.
Performance and Technical Features
The main difference between the FE version is the use of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor instead of Snapdragon 8 Elite, which is installed in the standard models of the series. The battery is also slightly smaller at 5,500 mAh, but support for 65W fast charging is retained.

In Thailand, the ROG Phone 9 FE goes on sale for 29,990 Thai baht, which is equivalent to about $885 or €860. By comparison, the standard model of the ROG Phone 9 costs around $1,000, while the Pro version costs $1,200.
