Users will be able to get more information about a doctor’s professional experience, making it easier for them to choose the right doctor. In addition, the neural network in the doctor search will analyze patient reviews and help guide you on what diagnoses or procedures you should go to a particular doctor for.
Jandex Search shows professional profiles of doctors when users are looking for a doctor of a certain specialty or are interested in a particular physician. These profiles are automatically generated by the search engine from internet sources and data from clinics. They contain information about education, experience, areas of specialization and treatment practice. Now doctors can edit their profiles and add new data. For example, they can indicate that they have advanced training, published an article in a scientific journal, or earned a degree.

To edit information, a specialist needs to confirm their identity and authorize their profile. Confirmed doctor profiles will be marked with a blue checkmark by Yandex. In addition, doctors with authorized profiles will be able to respond to reviews.
To make it easier for users to navigate when choosing a specialist, Yandex has implemented a language model in the doctor search. The neural network will select from reviews of a doctor what his patients write about most often. This is useful if the doctor needs to be addressed for a specific reason. For example, if a user wants to treat pulpitis and is looking for a suitable dentist-therapist, they can immediately read whether other patients with the same problem were satisfied with their visit.
