RuStore opened the possibility to download applications and work with user feedback via API

Russian app platform RuStore has introduced an API for downloading apps and managing reviews and ratings. This tool automates the process of adding new products and improves interaction with end users. The app publishing API allows you to upload APK files, descriptions, screenshots and icons, as well as create and delete app drafts. This approach fully automates the publishing process and dramatically reduces upload time.

“API is an important tool for developers, especially for large services that regularly upload updates and new products. API eliminates errors when publishing applications and allows them to pass moderation faster. Now in RuStore the average moderation time is no more than 1 hour, taking into account security checks, which is much faster than many on the market, and we plan to improve this indicator”, – commented Oleg Afanasiev, Product Director at RuStore.

API for managing reviews and ratings allows you to respond to reviews left in the store and get complete information about reviews not only through RuStore Console, but also integrate it into your own systems of user feedback processing, for example, into existing CRM. This allows you to automate the analytics of application work and track how each update affects the rating. Developers always stay in touch with their audience. Publishers can also export feedback and ratings analytics to analyze and improve their products.
