Sapphire has released a motherboard with support for DDR5-8000 memory – the B850M NITRO+

Sapphire has unveiled its B850M NITRO+ motherboard. It is a Micro-ATX motherboard with AM5 socket and supports DDR5-8000 memory.

The B850M NITRO+ is designed to support Ryzen 7000, 8000, and 9000 processors. It features one PCIe 5.0 x16 and one PCIe 4.0 x16 slot, as well as PCIe 5.0 x4 and PCIe 4.0 x4 based M.2 connectors. The manufacturer claimed memory overclocking capabilities from 7600 MT/s to 8000 MT/s when using compatible memory modules.

In addition, the features include four DDR5 RAM slots and support for Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.

The Sapphire B850M NITRO+ motherboard is on sale now, priced at $180 (16 460 RRP).
