Xiaomi has unveiled the Redmi A27Q Type-C Edition monitor with 90W charging and 120Hz speeds
Xiaomi has launched the new Redmi A27Q Monitor 2026 Type-C Edition in China. It’s essentially an updated version of the model unveiled a month ago, but the device now features a Type-C port with support for up to 90W of reverse charging. The monitor is still aimed at regular users and costs just 899 yuan (about $126).
Redmi A27Q Type-C features a 27-inch IPS panel with a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels (2K) and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It has a 178-degree viewing angle and is factory-calibrated for ΔE<1 color accuracy, making it suitable for designers, editors, and anyone who works with color.

The monitor covers 95% of the DCI-P3 color space and 100% of the sRGB color space, and supports 8-bit color depth for smooth color transitions and stable color reproduction. Eye protection features TÜV Rheinland certification, hardware blue light reduction and DC Dimming technology to eliminate flicker. It also features Aoyama Eye Care, a proprietary eye protection system designed to reduce eye fatigue during prolonged use.
Some of the connectors available include multi-function Type-C, DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.0, two USB 3.0 ports, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a DC-in power jack.
The stand supports height, tilt, swivel, and portrait mode adjustment, and is compatible with a 75×75mm VESA mount. A removable back panel is provided for easy cable management. Thanks to the three-sided thin frame, the monitor is convenient to use in multi-screen configurations. Weight of the device with stand is 5.6 kg, dimensions — 612.5×185×510 mm.
