In 2025, ARM will introduce new products including the Cortex-X925, Cortex-A725, Cortex-A520 processor cores and the Immortalis G925 graphics gas pedal. All of these new products are designed for use in next-generation 3nm mobile chips. ARM emphasizes the differences of these products compared to previous solutions.
The flagship model in the new series — the Cortex-X925 core, offers a number of advantages, including a 15% improvement in IPC performance over Cortex-X4. Taking into account the move to 3nm process technology, higher clock speeds and increased cache memory, this figure could reach 36%. In addition, improved AI performance of 46% is claimed.

The Immortalis G925 is a new graphics gas pedal in the ARM lineup. Each core in this GPU promises a 30% reduction in power consumption using 3nm process technology, up to 37% performance improvement and 52% gain in ray tracing scenarios compared to the G720. Fragment Prepass technology also reduces CPU utilization.
The company cites performance improvements in various games such as Call of Duty Mobile, Genshin Impact, Diablo Immortal and Fortnite.
