Xiaomi launches QLED TV FX Pro 2025 series of TVs
By ForGeeks Xiaomi has unveiled its new QLED TV FX Pro 2025 series of TVs in India. The lineup includes 43-inch and 55-inch models and will go on sale starting May 14 via Amazon, Mi.com and retail stores.
4K displays with HDR support and movie mode
The two models feature 4K QLED screens (3840 × 2160 pixels) with quantum dot technology, support for DCI-P3 color gamut and 1.07 billion color depth. The TVs support the HDR10+ standard for improved contrast and brightness. Built-in Filmmaker Mode allows you to turn off image post-processing such as noise reduction and motion smoothing. Viewing angles up to 178 degrees.
Audio system and performance
The 43-inch model gets a 30W speaker, while the 55-inch model has a 34W speaker. Both support Dolby Audio, DTS-HD and DTS Virtual:X. A quad-core Cortex A55 processor paired with Mali-G52 MC1 graphics is responsible for performance. Inside, there’s 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory. Game Booster is also supported, boosting refresh rates to 120Hz during gaming (60Hz in normal mode), and MEMC technology smooths motion.
Power and OS
The TVs run on the Fire TV OS and come with a voice remote with Alexa button and quick access to Prime Video, Netflix and Amazon Music. Connections include dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4/5 GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, AirPlay, Miracast, three HDMI ports (including one with ARC support), two USB ports, a 3.5mm audio jack, Ethernet, and an antenna input. Popular video formats supported include AV1, H.265, H.264, H.263, VP8/VP9, MPEG-1/2 and MJPEG.
Prices and sales launch
The 43-inch model costs ₹27,999 ($329), while the 55-inch model costs ₹39,999 ($469). Sales will start on May 14 via Amazon.in, Mi.com and offline stores.
