Xiaomi has launched the Buds 5 TWS headphones with Harman AudioEFX, ANC and HD codec support

Xiaomi has unveiled its new Buds 5 TWS headphones in an in-ear format. They feature active noise cancellation and spatial sound. The company also reminded about other features of this model and announced its price in the international market.
The Xiaomi Buds 5 headphones feature 11mm drivers that have been tuned by the Harman AudioEFX team to achieve the best sound possible. They support HD codecs such as aptX Lossless, aptX Adaptive and LC3. They also feature spatial sound and active noise cancellation using three microphones. The company claims that this feature can effectively suppress wind noise at speeds of up to 12 meters per second.
Active Noise Cancellation
The headphones can simultaneously connect to two smartphones thanks to Bluetooth 5.4, and the minimum audio latency in gaming mode is 73ms when used with Xiaomi MIX Flip, 14, 14 Ultra, POCO F6 and F6 Pro models. The list of compatible devices will be expanded in the future. The headphones have IP54 protection and provide up to 6.5 hours of battery life without active noise cancellation. When this feature is enabled, battery life is reduced to 3.5 hours. With the charging case, those figures are 39 and 24 hours, respectively, and 10 minutes of charging provides 2.5 hours of battery life.
