Samsung is preparing to release new Galaxy Buds 3 FE headphones

The Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 FE headphones have been certified on two platforms at once – FCC and SGS Fimko. This points to an imminent release of the new model, which insiders say could be in October 2025.

What’s known about the Galaxy Buds 3 FE

The development of the new Fan Edition became known back in June, and in July the first design details emerged. The model is rumored to get a Galaxy Buds 3-inspired design, but will feature silicone ear cushions – unlike the older series. That could make the FE version more comfortable and appealing to buyers.

Certification documents confirm that the case will support 4.5W of charging power, and the earbuds themselves will support up to 1W. Exact specs aren’t yet available, but expect an updated speaker system and new drivers compared to the first version of the Buds FE.

When to expect the release

The original Galaxy Buds FE came out in October 2023. If Samsung keeps the update cycle going, the Galaxy Buds 3 FE will also debut in October – as early as 2025.
